Can I return my order?
Of course, you have 30 days to return your order from the moment you received the package at your address. You must bear in mind that we will not accept those items that have been used unless they are in a defective state.
Before making a return make sure that:
- Your order is within the term to be returned. Remember that you have 14 days to make the return.
- Items must be returned in the same condition that they arrived and well protected to avoid damage on the way. If for any reason, the product reaches us in inadequate conditions, we will proceed to send it to you again and there will be no return option.
How should I request a return?
To request a return you must contact us by email email@example.com indicating your name and surname, order number and the reason for your return.
Once we have received the mail, we will contact the transport agency (Envialia) to request the collection of the package at the same address that you indicated in your order.
When the package arrives at our facilities, the accounting department will reimburse the money minus the transport costs (€5) that are borne by the client. The money will be refunded in the same way that you paid for the order.
The money will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the return.
Keep in mind that if the package arrived in bad condition, we will let you know and we will send it to you again.
What if I have received a defective product?
If you have received a defective item, you must contact us by mail. firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name and surname, order number and a photograph showing the problem.
Once we have received your email and sent the photograph to the quality department, we will proceed to send you the same article in optimal conditions.
The transport agency will take the new item to your home and will exchange it at that time for the defective one.
In this case, transportation costs will be borne by RADIOLA.
How can I exchange for another size?
If you want to make a size change, you must send us an email to email@example.com indicating your name and surname, order number, the item you want to change size (if you have ordered more than one item) and the new size you want we send him
The transport agency will take the new item to your home and will exchange it at that moment for the other one.
In this case, transport costs will be borne by the customer, so the package will be sent with a cash on delivery of €5.
Conditions applicable as long as it is within the Iberian Peninsula, for international shipments or outside the Iberian Peninsula, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
